GPS Installations was launched in 2002 by Gavin Parks - a qualified audio visual installation engineer with over 12 years experience. 

From the outset, our philosophy was to offer only premium quality equipment with a specification matching or exceeding the customer’s needs, to install it neatly, efficiently and with minimum disruption and to ensure staff on site are trained in its correct & safe operation.

The company was an immediate success and turnover has doubled each year since inception – a mixture of repeat business and new business through recommendations. We believe this customer loyalty is due to the quality of service we offer and the high standard of our installations.

For systems work, this is our normal procedure from receiving the initial enquiry to the completion of the job:

• Discuss the project to find out exactly what has to be achieved
• Suggest any additions that may enhance the installation
• Design a system, recommending equipment & interfaces
• Present the proposal with costs & timings
• Obtain approval from the client
• Supply & install the equipment
• Test the system exhaustively
• Offer operational training to the clients staff
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out any scheduled maintenance & servicing

It should go without saying that safety is our primary concern, both during installation and during subsequent operation of the system. Our staff are fully trained and qualified to work at height and risk assessments are carried out on all of our projects as a standard procedure.
